Weekend in sthlm

Airport, transfer – I don’t want to go “home”. Lovely weekend in Stockholm with my other half and friends! Wine, food and walking around in the city. No workouts… But I did coach a class at Crossfit Nordic 🙂 great box and community! Everyone is in good mood and so focused!



So, a week has gone since regionals. I haven’t done so much at all. Feeling a little bit fat 🙂 haha. Tomorrow I will start work out again! This week I will dedicate to so some girls – if you aren’t a crossfitter the workout is named by girl names so I will try some of those out again! Just to warm up before a test week! Can’t wait to see how much I can back squat 🙂

And then, it’s soon midsummer, every newspaper will soon print how to loose 5kg in 1 week. I just love it! Just as much as I love those “how to get rid of your back pain tricks”.
So here is my tip:
1. Feel happy. (Ah, oldest trick in the book – fake it at least and then suddenly it’s a real feeling)
2. Start workout now and don’t quit, at least not until next summer (then you will be addictive to it).
3. Don’t drink and eat hamburger every day. (I know, you friends do, and it’s sun outside and it’s just so nice, but what if you instead played sport together)
4. If it’s sun, walk home from work. (No you won’t die)
5. If it’s rain, go to the gym and get sweaty as hell! (You are not supposed to look good during a workout)

I just ate a 620 kcal wrap …. Wtf!? Glad to get back on track tomorrow!

European regionals 2014 is over and I finished in 11th place! If i put it in the sentence 11th fittest women in Europe I’m pretty satisfied 🙂

But with my placement I wanted to be top 10. When I firs saw the events I didn’t feel great, there were a lot of my weakness, but also this are the things that I had been working on and I have improved a lot on movements like rope climbing, handstand walk, squat snatch and pull-ups. After trying the events out I felt a lot better, they were fun and challenging!

When coming home sunday night everything feel just so empty. It was quiet and I felt lonely and couldn’t sleep. . what to do now?

This week has just been relaxing, I have started my last period of hospital practice, visited the gym and started to clean out the apartment. Trying to figure out how the next chapter in my life will be..deep, I know. But I have learned so much this year. Europa regionals 2014.2Don’t stress for people that don’t give you something back, take care of myself and the people I like and just try to have so much fun as possible – take a free day! I don’t know how many times a day I get the question: What are you going to do now? Will you move? Where? When? What are you going to do? When are you finished? Can you work? WHATS YOUR PLAN? seriously I don’t fucking know, and I’m quiet satisfied with that, taking one day at the time and just do what I want to do for the moment. I have plans for my training, thats makes me happy and I love it, I love every single minute at the box!

I will end this post to give a high five and a hug to Team Northernspirit for making this a little bit easier! Also a big thanx to Numi for the help with my training programs!!

And so it’s time!

European regionals here I come!! Starting to feel nervous, but quiet like the feeling. Butterfly’s in my tummy and I’m not in the mood of eating so much, but I have to!
My dad just dropped me of at the train station, they will arrive tomorrow together with the rest of the family..that’s just so cool and they all are a big support for me.


This week has just been relaxing, nothing to crazy at the workout sessions and I have tried to leave my workout sessions in a good mood.

I don’t feel like I have some pressure on me, the only one that is putting pressure is me, myself and I! I will just try to have fun, do my best and if I do I will be proud of my achievements!


I’m looking forward to meet everyone in this region! And do you know that we have two past world champions in my region? How cool isn’t that! And we are a lot of Swedish girls competing – looking forward too see you all as well!


The sun is shining, and I will do a playlist that makes me happy and in the right mood! Let’s do this!!
