Today it´s Monday, just a normal ordinary monday… I need a lot of coffee to get through this day. I felt tired this morning when I woke up. Two cups of black coffee took me back on track and off to work! Great day, helping people with their pain and talking about the body and training all day long feels really good.
I had a great weekend, spend it with some friends and had a summer party. Took two days of from training, friday and saturday. So yesterday I had to keep up and do a hardcore workout. Took me 2 hours to complete it al! Feels good today, except that my lower back is tired. Never felt like this before but it can be because of my extra practicing on my inner core muscles that I´m starting to get control over.
I think it will all disappear with some heavy squats. 😉 Thats todays workout – a lot of squat. Will bring a friend today I haven´t told her yet about the squat marathon we will meet today
I´m also struggling to keep away from my dads cold!! Eating a lot of vitamins, antioxidants and flax oil!Do anyone have any good tips or tricks?
