Saturday night, just watched a movie and having a cozy time in the sofa with my other half. Good day today! Woke up and spend one and a halv hour to eat breakfast. Cleaned the apartment I’m good att cleaning….:) Went to the gym and had a great workout session with Tobias.
A. Explosive Front Squat 4-6 reps x 3 set @ 70kg
B. “OTM” 12 min: 2 Power Clean 70kg + 2 explosive Deadlift
C. Fot time @ 80% effort: 10 Clean and Jerk 45kg, 10 Box Jumps 45cm, 10 Power Clean, 10 Box Jump, 10 Power Clean, 10 Box Jump.
Rest 15 min
D. For time @ 80% effort: 10 Swings 24kg, 16 Russian Swings 24kg, 10 x 10m Shuttle runs, 8 Swings 24kg, 12 Russian swings 24kg, 10 x 10m Sh-run, 6 Swings 24kg, 10 Russian swings 24kg, 10 x10m sh-run
E. “Every 30 sec” for 6 min: 6 Toes to bar
I will properly feel some pain in my abdomen tomorrow! And after this my sister called, asked me to go running with her…and yes who can say no to that. I mean running when it´s freezing cold and snowing? of cores I want to do that! So a 6,5km run later a shower was like sex on the beach!
And now you are wondering if my shoulders are sore? Yes, after this friday workout, they are!

Except from my tight hip flexors and some weird pain in my ankle again, my body feels good and are responding great to the workouts!
