It´s snowing…a lot!!

Lovely free Tuesdays, no work just me time! Started this day at the box with some push jerk, dead lifts and front squats and then I took off for my maIMG_1964ssage time. I both hate it and love it! It feels so good afterwards and I can really feel how my muscles is in better shape afterwards!! So find yourself a good terapeut and go for it!

Right now I’m at home after my second workout for today. I really wanted to by a chocolate cake when going home, haha, fucking cravings! But no…. Did a mix of “kvarg”, blueberry, banana, honey, cacao and some Holistic protein. Tasted really good and my cravings are gone :) A picture is not needed here..

Session 2

A. 3 Rounds for time (rest 1 min between rounds):

20 Unbroken Wall Balls 14 lbs to 3,05cm, 50 Double-unders, 10 Burpee box Jumps 50cm

time: 2:05, 2:10, 2:10.

B. 3 Rounds for time (rest 1 min between rounds):

12 toes to bar, 12 Air Squat, 12 Ring Dips

Time: 44s, 54s, 1:05.

And now it´s time to rest, cardio/rest day tomorrow!
