Lovely free Tuesdays, no work just me time! Started this day at the box with some push jerk, dead lifts and front squats and then I took off for my massage time. I both hate it and love it! It feels so good afterwards and I can really feel how my muscles is in better shape afterwards!! So find yourself a good terapeut and go for it!
Right now I’m at home after my second workout for today. I really wanted to by a chocolate cake when going home, haha, fucking cravings! But no…. Did a mix of “kvarg”, blueberry, banana, honey, cacao and some Holistic protein. Tasted really good and my cravings are gone A picture is not needed here..
