morning session done…psst, PR

Started work today at 12:00. Morning workout at 8:30 with my brother!

Started the day with Holistic new BCAA, no taste just pure amino! I add some of the antioxidant Holistic RED to get some taste. Then I was of to working out! IMG_0796

6 set of 1 snatch:
50,55 and then 4 reps @ 57,5.

Snatch grip dead lifts:
60,65,70kg.

Front squats:
3 rep @ 100
2 rep @ 107,5
1 rep @ 112,5
3 rep @ 107,5
2 rep @ 112,5
1 rep @ 127,5 (PR)
6  rep @ 100kg.

three round of: (rest two min between).
18 thrusters at 32,5kg
18 pull-ups
1 round 1:10,
2 round: 1:30
3 round 2:10. Made all the thrusters unbroken.

I just in the writing moment i realized that I only had one cup of coffee today! Must have one now!!
