If the bar ain’t bending, you’re just pretending!
Two workout sessions today! Nice. Started with some Crossfit, light weighted and just working through a 40min metcon. 8min intervals with a lot of different movements. Felt really good afterwards!
My second workout was some weightlifting! Visited Crossfit Fit 4 Life SoFo. A new box in Stockholm and it was really nice! Thanx for having me there! It’s always nice to change the environment now and then!
Did some snatch, clean and press, clean pull and front squat! I’m really trying to get my snatch technique right, but I always have to fight for it.
Final ranking 2014
After just two competitions and having focused on competitive weightlifting only since September 2014 it felt really good to manage climb up to a third place in the Swedish ranking. This is the final score:
